It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data is collected on our pages, this is done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. All data will be used exclusively to fulfill the respective request or contract and then deleted immediately, unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless otherwise required by law. Data will only be passed on to third parties where this is unavoidable. Below you will find the individual points for which we may collect users' personal data.
The transmission of data to all our websites (including contact form, newsletter, online store, support pages) is exclusively encrypted. You can recognize the activated encryption in most browsers by a small closed symbolic padlock in the address bar. The data is stored on servers in Germany. We do not transfer the data abroad. The use of the data by shipping and payment service providers may differ from this. The relevant service providers are displayed in the online store before the order is placed so that the user can obtain information about the use of their data directly from these service providers if necessary.
If you contact us by e-mail, your details from the e-mail, including your sender address, will be stored for the purpose of processing and in the event of follow-up questions. Please note that we are legally obliged to archive business e-mails in accordance with the German Commercial Code (§ 257 HGB) and the German Fiscal Code (§ 147 AO) for 6 or 10 years in an audit-proof manner. We will not pass on this data without your consent unless we are legally obliged to do so.
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the contact data you provide there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The website vivusodor.com uses cookies for technical purposes only. They are used to make our website more user-friendly and to provide functions. Cookies for statistical purposes or for advertising and tracking for advertising purposes or similar are not used.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Simply viewing the pages does not require cookies and is also possible if you have blocked cookies in your browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Visits to our pages are analyzed by the software Matomo. The analysis includes counting access to our pages, the breakdown by country, browsers and operating systems, from which access is made and the recording of search terms and external links used to find our pages. This software runs on our server and does not pass on any analyses to others, nor does it use external service providers for these analyses. Your access data is stored exclusively in anonymized form. Traceable IP addresses are not stored in this process.
As explained above, the IP address of the website visitor is stored in abbreviated form for statistical purposes. It is not assigned to the visitor. We reserve the right to temporarily store the full IP address of users to ensure the operation of the website (e.g. protection against online attacks). This data is deleted no later than 14 days after storage.
At the bottom of our pages under "Recommend" you will find a block with recommendation buttons. You can use these to share or recommend the currently displayed page on the displayed platforms or to send links (e.g. via Whatsapp). For data protection reasons, these plugins are not yet active when you visit our pages.* To recommend our pages, you can click on the respective button and send your recommendation. A connection between your browser and the respective provider is only established when you click on the button. The respective provider then receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. The respective provider may be able to identify you as a result. We would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the respective provider.
We appear on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin platforms. This privacy policy also applies to any personal data that becomes known to us in this context. We have no influence on the use of data on these platforms. We will not transfer any personal data that we become aware of outside of social media platforms to these platforms or share it there. Likewise, we will not share any personal data between the platforms.
We have concluded a data processing contract with a hosting provider for the provision of this website and for the processing of data, which complies with the requirements of § 11 BDSG (from 25.5.2018: § 62 BDSG new). Server location is Berlin, Germany.
As a data subject, you have the right
